Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed but are given in good faith. Cornerstone home services will not take any responsibility for any costs incurred due to late delivery .

Cornerstone Home services will remain the owner of all goods, until cleared funds of the total invoice price has been achieved.

Prices are correct at time of print but are subject to change. Illustrations shown do not necessarily represent the stated product. Not all of the products shown have a manufacturers guarantee/warranty, however should the manufacturers issue a guarantee/warranty it shall be passed on to the customer. All products supplied will be checked and tested before completion of installation, if there are any issues in performance of goods they will be made known at this point and necessary action will be taken. Products can only be returned to Cornerstone Home Services if they are faulty (manufacturer defect) and we will replace the item/s with the same or equivalent item. Our workmanship at your premises is covered by the necessary insurance.

We will install all products stated in our packages, however it is your responsibility to ensure that the necessary preparation has been done prior to delivery i.e. plumbers, electricians and any hindrance preventing our staff from carrying out their objectives.

Cornerstone Home Services reserves the right to charge the purchaser for any costs incurred due to change in installation dates or cancellations, which is not due to Cornerstone Home services.

Cornerstone Home Services will not be liable to the purchaser for a breach of contract due to an unforeseen circumstance i.e. war, riot, civil commotion accident, strike and all other associated situations.
